Submissions can be personal or analytical and submitted in the form of a video (short vlog or TikTok/Reels style); photo series with captions; spoken word/audio story; song; dance; or digital art.
Submissions should explore mental health by reflecting on one of the following prompts:
- A Text That Changed My Day: Show an instance when reaching out with a text (to a friend, mentor, or professional) made a difference or changed your mindset.
- Check-In Culture: Show how you check in on friends or how you wish people checked in on you.
- My Mental Health Toolkit: Show 3–5 things that help you take care of your mental health.

How to Enter the Contest
- Upload your original piece as a PDF, video, or audio to this Google Form.
- Fill out this Google Form with your name, age, the high school you attend, and your expected graduation date.
Contest Rules
- You must attend a participating high school that is partnered with Counslr.
- You must have the Counslr app downloaded and have created an account on the platform.
- You must create and submit an original piece exploring mental health.
- AI-generated content is not accepted.
- If we believe your submission was AI-generated, we will ask for proof of creation (e.g., sketches, progress images, drafts). If proof of original content cannot be provided or verified, the submission may be disqualified.
- All submitted content may be freely used by Counslr for informational, educational, and marketing purposes, as well as in any other form Counslr sees fit.
- One grand prize will be awarded to a student at a participating Counslr partner school.
Contest Timeline
- Begins: April 1, 2026
- Submissions Due: April 24, 2026
- Winner Announced: Early May 2026
- Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, originality, execution, and how clearly they express a message related to mental health and well-being.
